Each box contains premium lamb from our Dorper & White Dorper sheep, raised right here on our family farm beside the Bunya Mountains National Park. Our lambs are 100% grass-fed and finished, grazing naturally on pasture their entire lives. This natural system allows the lambs to grow at their own pace, producing tender meat with clean, natural flavour.
Your Half Lamb Box is fully customised to suit your household and the way you like to cook. Whether you prefer more roasting cuts, BBQ favourites, or slow-cook options, we work with you to create a box that fits your kitchen.
