BUNYA LAMB FAQ’s
Our lamb products are transported in our Food Safe Queensland Accredited Cool Room Trailer from our processor direct to our Central Delivery Locations (listed here).
Cost of lamb includes delivery to our Central Delivery Locations (listed here). If you live outside these areas, please get in touch so we can identify your closest location or possible new delivery destinations.
Once your order is received, we will send you an email to confirm your delivery date, time & location. Please ensure you are available to pick up your box at the required time, or arrange for an alternative person to pick up your box and advise us as soon as possible as we can ensure your box goes to the correct person. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, it cannot be stored and must be disposed of if not picked up. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
As meat is a perishable item and is sensitive to temperature variations, we will not offer refunds or replacements for incorrectly stored products. We recommend you pack your lamb at time of pick-up location into a Esky* or cooler (particularly in summer), and into your fridge/freezer as soon as possible.
*A 28 kg whole lamb will fit into a 62 litre Esky with ice.
Bunya Range Lamb is unable to accept returns of our lamb products as they are custom cut items for individual orders, and being a perishable product, cannot be restocked or resold.
At Bunya Range Lamb we are committed to providing you with a high-quality product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us on 0427 807 272 or bunyarangelamb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will happily review any issues you have had and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include product replacement, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund. We ask that you provide photos/evidence of the product, the label off the damaged item/s, and proof of purchase.
We guarantee quality of the product to the point of delivery.
